Tuesday Ride

Brian and I got a fun 23+ miles in today trying to kill our bad moods. Didn't work, but good riding anyway. The gut wrenching hill on Chauncey wasn't even enough. Can you remember a March where Egypt Valley was soft like July? Sandbox in places but with much thanks, the boyz (assuming West Mich MBA) have fixed the 2nd bridge on section 3.

Arrival of 2010 Superfly has team rider in relief

By Jerimie Ike, Staff Writer

"Riding will never be the same," says Brian Neeley about the finalized adoption of his 2010 Gary Fisher Superfly. Months in the making, Brian's wait was over as his baby finally arrived at Kentwood Cycle and was released into his custody late Saturday, March 20.

The arrival of Neeley's Superfly is one in a series of recent decisions to work with Kentwood Cycle and Trek to adopt bikes that would otherwise be subject to purchase by less than capable riders. When asked how this newest addition to Neeley's riding family will support his athleticism, Brian replied, "I expect to finish at least 37 seconds faster at Yankee this year". Brian rode his 2007 Trek Top Fuel in last year's racing circuit. The Superfly, equipped with 29 inch wheels and many component upgrades over the Trek is suggested to deliver quality trail performance and stability.

Neeley hopes to take the Superfly on the first of many training rides in the near future and expresses his gratitude to the professionals at Kentwood Cyle and Trek for their support and quality service. Says Neeley, "Without their [Kentwood Cycle & Fitness] fine mechanical prowess and superior salesmanship, this day may have never been possible".
