I promise that this Saturday, when I kneel to the Big M gods, I will leave it all on the course in energy and spirit. My mediocre days will be over and I will emerge as the rider with hundreds of 2009 miles, a new bike and premium focus that belongs in the realm of respectable finishes. The banter of Mike Neeley will be put to rest as I will no longer be 2nd to last and listen/read about his speedy prowess. Should I fail, my demise will be posted here for all the world to see. This is a personal and public pledge that I will serve the constituents of lbs that have left my gut to see me through. Now, I am off to enjoy the 2nd to last of the 6 pack :)
P.S.....helllloooooo? Is anyone from the team there? Has Mike not embarked on 2 races since his June posting? Humble thyself and speak unto the masses.
