Command received distress call from OCR-BNeeley at 17:48 on 07 May indicating he had gone down in his assualt on the Cannonsburg Ski Hill. BNeeley indicated he had rang his bell and self diagnosed a possible fracture of the clavicle. OCR Neeley was advised to maintain a stealth position and make his way to rendezvous at the extraction site located 43.053 lat -85.469 long.
Command arrived to extraction zone at 17:56 and deployed medevac team to hill. OCR Neeley was located at approximately 18:05 in stable condition, tucked in fetal position with thumb in mouth whispering "don't let them cut the jersey". OCR Neeley and vehicle were recovered and promptly evacuated to OCR substation located at Ripley where he was forwarded to the medical facilities at Spectrum. Happy place was induced as depicted in this photo. OCR BNeeley expected to return to the unit within 4-6 weeks.
